Sales Manager

Working closely with the Customer Relations team, our Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating all inbound telemarketing for CREDO Mobile Acquisition and Retention programs. The candidate will be the primary sales liaison between CREDO Mobile and our external telemarketing vendor, including: sales quality assurance, sales and procedural training, results reporting and call volume forecasting. 4+ years of inbound or outbound telemarketing experience within a Wireless/Mobile Phone Company is required. Other requirements include: experience working with internal acquisition and retention marketing teams; strong sales skills and experience developing sales scripts and training materials, experience managing external vendors and working with call center reporting, and strong analytical skills developing reports with excellent written and oral communication of the results. Microstrategy Developer/Administrator

Our Developer/Administrator participates in all aspects of data warehouse/analytical projects including conceptualization, design, construction, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Daily activities include partnering with business users/analysts to develop timely and accurate reports using the Microstrategy tool set, as well as on-going data warehouse development and support. Development activities include working with business analysts and report creators to design, build and test MicroStrategy schema objects and new ETL packages in support of business requirements. Data Warehouse administrative responsibilities will include the use of various Microstrategy and SQL Server tools to facilitate the management of the application, movement and testing of objects and performance monitoring/capacity planning of the overall system. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required as well as ability to communicate with technical and business team members. Minimum of 5-8 years of information technology experience with at least 3+ years of applied experience developing and supporting MicroStrategy Platforms. Job #66
