CREDO Mobile is offered by Working Assets, a company that provides mobile, credit card and long distance services that generate donations when customers use them. The company also serves as a political force, giving subscribers the opportunity to speak out on public issues through its Web site and monthly phone invoice.
With the implementation of the CostGuard XG operations and billing solution, CREDO Mobile adds an extensive workflow module that automates the manual processes related to orders, fulfillment, collections and more – delivering productivity gains that enhance the company’s ability to serve its members. The robust product catalog also provides the flexibility to create and manage complex product bundles, giving the company the ability to respond quickly to new opportunities in the market. CostGuard XG also offers CREDO Mobile the ability to scale to meet the member growth figures anticipated as part of its rebranding and acquisition campaign launched last fall.
