Nominate a Group for Funding
If you are a Working Assets/CREDO customer and know a nonprofit doing exceptional
work in one of our five issue areas, you can nominate them to receive funding in
2010. Before you nominate, please
contact the organization and ask for the following:
- Development Director’s name (or a person in a similar role)
- Development Director’s e-mail address and phone number
- Organization’s Web site
**The correct information must be included to complete your nomination.**
Once you have these details, simply enter the information in the nomination form

Funding Eligibility
The organization must be national or international in scope, have at least one year
of proven effectiveness, and work in one of the five issue areas:
- Civil Rights
- Economic & Social Justice
- Environment
- Peace & International Freedom
- Voting Rights & Civic Participation
(Sorry, we do not fund groups that are local in scope, raise awareness of or research
a particular disease, or work within a specific religion or denomination.)
Please complete the form below. The information will help Working Assets/CREDO in
its evaluation process, and the development director will be asked to complete a
short application. A completed form is necessary to continue the nomination process.
